  what does it do? try to provide mechanism to place a window 
  "clever"


  new command:

    Place [option] [option] [option]

  option:

    max_space             - search maximum space so the window
                            is not overlapping
    max_vertical_space    - search maximum space with aspect ratio
                            <= 1 -> more vertical oriented 
    max_horizontal_space  - search minimum space with aspect ratio
                            >= 1 -> more horizontal oriented
    allow_smaller         - allow the window to become smaller


  example for the key-file:

    Mod4 p m                  :Place max_space allow_smaller

    -> press WindowsKey + p + m
    

  this patch is now (040701 01:17:08) in heavy alpha stage so a lot
  of things can change :)
