  heya,

  so, i did some ebuilds as well. to install them, put the content
  of the tarballs to your $PORTDIR_OVERLAY (look into your 
  /etc/make.conf). then install it with emerge.

  a good idea is to -pv first, to see if some unusual USE-flags are 
  used (and i promise, some will :))
